  1. Ensure consistent key messaging and visuals.

  5. Ensure all employees have the most current brand assets.
  6. Implement a new identity as necessary for each product line.

Commercial
  1. Create effective sales materials, including brochures, product catalogs, and presentations, to support business meetings, and partnerships.
  2. Implement marketing strategies that support distribution sales goals.
  3. Produce an outreach campaign to capture leads for the sales teams.
  4. Create comprehensive communication plans for announcing product launches and special announcements to both internal and external audiences.
  5. Offer assistance during events or business meetings.
  6. Create templates for the service teams as needed, including customer notification letters, manuals, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Instructions for Use (IFUs).
  7. Assist in creating the annual marketing plan and budget overview.
  8. Provide executive summary reports on 3 to 5 key performance indicators (KPIs).
R&D/Quality Control
  1. Understand the Regulatory and legal aspects of product promotion.
  2. Promote research that has been published, including scientific posters and studies.
  3. Use approved content to create educational articles, blogs, webinars, or other recognized formats.
  4. Create labels, inserts, or recommend templates to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and packaging across all materials.
  5. Ensure compliance with quality control regulations when reviewing and approving version controls for all field-facing media.
Conferences / Webinars
  1. Share the event and webinar calendar, including details about sponsorship, budget, leads, and logistics.
  2. Manage the leads generated from conferences and webinars through the CRM.
  3. Maximize trade show presence with more targeted, interactive and memorable marketing experiences by partnering with outside agencies for support.
  4. Assist with business development meetings including logistics and travel.
  5. Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
Digital Marketing
  1. Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Develop and/or optimize content to help increase reach, engagement, and conversions and contribute to lead generation goals.
  3. Manage a content calendar to support product campaigns.
  4. Implement automated email marketing campaigns and integrate them into our web pages, e-campaigns, and social media marketing.
  5. Explore mini-site development as needed to support sales initiatives, special campaigns, or webinars.
  6. Understanding SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, social media, and online reputation management.
